On 144 Ystad Street there is a brand new pre-school, beautifully positioned by parkland and close to an underground station with four pre-school classrooms and a total area of 630sqm. The pre-school is made up of 24 modules that have been moved from another formerly leased pre-school in Östermalm. By renovating and painting all surfaces inside and out, as well as installing new fittings and reworking surrounding land with playgrounds, a shed for storing toys and a Wendy House, the pre-school is as good as new.
